Fat Dad!

Hello and welcome to fat dad's blog! I'm fat Dad, aka. Greg. Now here's the scoop, I'm a dad and I'm fat! I know, you didn't see that coming! The truth is, I'm not huge but I am a lot bigger than I should be, so this is my rundown of me trimming down. Here I'll be posting pictures of me, sharing my measurements, my diet, maybe some recipes, my ups, along with, no doubt, my (many) downs and my exercise, in the hope that it'll keep me going and who knows, might help someone out there!
